Food concentrate series WITHOUT SUGAR (SUCROSE) in powder form, based on natural flavors. These flavored chewing gum powders are made on the basis of maltodextrin and are intended for ice cream and confectionery products. Used to add flavor, aroma and color. Usage: To give the cream a chewing gum flavor, the manufacturer recommends using the following ratio: 30g of powder per 1kg of product. When making French desserts, we recommend adding the powder to the base cream (suitable for cooking) before mixing with whipped cream. For sponge cakes, use immediately with liquid cream and whip everything together. Goes great with strawberries or bananas.
