A series of food concentrates WITHOUT SUGAR (SUCROSE) in powder form, based on natural flavors. These flavored chewing gum powders are made on the basis of maltodextrin and are intended for ice cream and confectionery products. Used to add flavor, aroma and color. Made without added sugar, using only natural flavors and colors (blue spirulina). They have an intense flavor and aroma – they are characterized by a low dosage – 3.0% of the product mass. Food powder concentrates are easy to dispense and very easy to combine with a base mix or cream. The powder form makes it easier to store and provides a longer shelf life. The sugar-free recipe can be used in products labeled as “no added sugar.” The natural coloring gives a soft blue color, and the chewing gum flavor gives a feeling of lightness and sweetness. Usage: To give the cream a chewing gum flavor, the manufacturer recommends using the following ratio: 30g of powder per 1kg of product. When making French desserts, we recommend adding the powder to the base cream (suitable for cooking) before mixing with whipped cream. For sponge cakes, use immediately with liquid cream and whip everything together. Goes great with strawberries or bananas.
