Pavoni Gelato PX3235S is a professional silicone mold set for creating exceptional single-serving frozen desserts. This model allows you to combine two different molds – a cream and a conical part, allowing you to create a visually interesting, layered dessert.

The mold was created by Italian pastry chef Fabrizio Fiorani, and the set itself is perfectly suited to modern pastry and gelato dessert creation.

The set includes two silicone molds, each with 11 cavities:

• Cream part: Ø 55 × 52 mm, approx. 60 ml
• Conical part: Ø 55 × 36 mm, approx. 60 ml
• Total capacity of one dessert: ~120 ml
• Mold size: 300 × 175 mm

This way, up to 11 full ~120 ml desserts can be created at once by combining both parts of the mold.
