LorAnn Super Strength flavors are concentrated flavors, also called candy oils or candy flavors. These flavors do not contain vegetable oils. The term candy oil refers to a type of flavor that is concentrated and undiluted. These flavors are 3–4 times stronger than flavors based on water and alcohol.

These flavors don’t diminish when exposed to high temperatures. Plus, they’re suitable for fondant and marzipan. Because of the high concentration, the structure of fondant and marzipan doesn’t change when these flavors are added. When swapping these flavors for extracts, use 1/4–1/2 teaspoon for every teaspoon of extract.

• This product mostly dissolves in water and can be used with chocolate.
