The product in the form of small granules forms a transparent mass when heated, from which decorations can be formed, such as: lollipops, ice sheets, waves, ice balls. When it hardens, it remains crystalline and transparent. It can be painted with both dry and gel paints. Flavored or aromatic pastes can be added. Isomalt is also used as a low-calorie sweetener, which is suitable for diabetics. It is resistant to high temperatures, which allows it to maintain its structure during cooking and baking.

Usage: Add isomalt granules to a pot and heat until the granules melt. Using a spoon, spread the resulting mass onto a silicone mat or into molds. Be careful not to burn yourself!
