Edible paper sheet is an innovative product based on starch with added sweeteners, free from sugar, palm fat, gluten and titanium dioxide (E171) and characterised by its natural white colour. The paper has an exceptionally smooth surface, which guarantees excellent printing adhesion, bright colours and glossy, clear images. The sheet has a slightly vanilla, delicate and pleasant flavour. The paper can be used to decorate various types of pastries and cakes covered with butter cream, sugar paste, chocolate ganache or marzipan. It is not recommended to use sugar paper decorations with jelly or cream for pastries, as this can cause the paper to soften and thus damage the decoration or print (baked goods covered with cream can be decorated just before serving).
