Due to its creamy consistency, the chocolate is perfect for various purposes – shaping, frosting, pouring, flavoring and many others. In addition, the light and pleasant taste of chocolate goes well with various ingredients and flavors. VELVET is a white Belgian chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 32.0% (pure cocoa butter).
